Anti Reality Beach House With A Pool As It’s Roof

Concept designer Anti reality has created a cool beach house the combines a touch of art and architectural magic, it is called 'Summer By Sea', and in the pictures below it is perched on a cliff looking out to sea.



The beach house's main feature is an inverted roof that can be used as a swimming pool it is accessed by a ladder on the exterior of the house. The picture above shows two women swimming with a flock of beautiful peacock birds.  Anit Reality real said that the goal was to create a reverse version of a roof that could be made into a pool.



The house is 85 square metres in size with a triangle layout, it is made up of two main parts the pool on the roof and living space below.  The living space consists of three structural cores a kitchen, a bathroom,  and a bedroom it also has room for a dining room and living room.  For privacy, the property has a mobile panel wall that allows you to freely arrange the living area into how you want it.

Hopefully one day one of these houses will be built by a real builder and become a reality, wouldn't it be cool to see a house like this on a Sunshines Coast beachfront.

Couple Donate their Maroochydore Penthouse to COVID-19 Research

Elderly couple Keith and Glenda Drake have touched the hearts of Australia by planning to donate the sale proceeds of their multimillion-dollar seaside Penthouse in Maroochydore QLD to COVID-19 treatment research facility the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) Foundation Coronavirus Action Fund. The couple brought the property back in 2006 for $2.75M and through real estate agency Richardson & Wrench Coolum they are hoping to sell it for much more and then donate the entire sale proceeds to the foundation.
